I enjoy helping people navigate the various transitions in life, whether that’s life post-college, entering a new relationship, ending one you’ve outgrown or becoming a parent.

I have worked with people in a variety of settings, including afterschool programs, inpatient hospital settings, and employee assistance. I tend towards an attachment-based approach, with a variety of evidence-based interventions, including trauma-informed care, interpersonal neurobiology, cognitive-behavioral therapy, Internal Family Systems, emotionally focused therapy, and groups. I enjoy helping people explore the mind-body connection, grief, loss, identity, guilt, shame and intimacy issues. I am passionate about social justice and supporting those with marginalized identities and enjoy working with those interested in exploring and challenging “societal norms.” Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in journalism, communications, and global health and development. With my background in journalism, I like to think of myself as a professional “question asker” helping gain a better understanding of your world and how you navigate it.

I am from Montana originally and grew up in a rural part of the state, but have also lived in Washington DC, and Austin, Texas before settling in Denver. I enjoy exploring the outdoors by hiking, camping, and visiting state and national parks. I also enjoy connecting to my Filipina heritage through cooking.
